When two parts of 3M™ Dual Lock™ are pressed together, hundreds of mushroom shaped stems interlock with each other. This results in a mated product with excellent holding strength ( up to 12 times stronger than hook and loop systems )

The durability of the system means that it allows for up to 1000 openings and closures .

The product is available as plain or adhesive backed, with different adhesive systems available dependent on application.  We can also convert the product to smaller widths and create die cut shapes or pieces . Please see our conversion capability section.
