PROTOTYPE SAMPLES
As well as producing samples using our prototype steel rule tooling, we also have a Flatbed X/Y Plotter. This versatile machine can read a variety of electronic CAD files and quickly produce adhesive and non-adhesive samples without the need for tooling. At your request we can also amend the CAD drawing in house to test alternative designs (which further speeds up the prototyping process). Once finalised the drawing file can be re-submitted to you for authorisation and distribution.
We also use this machine for low-volume production works.
